Shutdown Valve is an important safety device in the process. When an emergency occurs, it can cut off the danger source by receiving the central control signal and acting in a timely manner to prevent the accident from expanding the Valve guaranteeing the safety of personnel and equipment.
Under normal circumstances, the solenoid valve on the air path of the emergency shutoff valve accepts the electrical action of the central control signal, the instrument air path conducts, the air source enters the shutoff valve cylinder, and under the push of the air source, the actuator drives the valve body to rotate and open.
In case of abnormal conditions, the solenoid valve accepts the power loss of the central control signal and shuts off the air source loop. At the same time, the instrument gas in the shutoff valve cylinder is discharged, and the actuator drives the valve body to rotate and close under the spring counterforce.
